Héloïse joined the team after graduating with a Master of Science in Economics from HEC Lausanne in 2012. ​

She has been involved in a wide range of projects, including strategy development for international sports organisations and cities, bid campaign development and execution, bid process review, and research and knowledge development.​

In 2020 Héloïse joined the City of Lausanne team to coordinate various strategic projects, including the annual Smart Cities & Sport Summit. She returned to BCW in 2023.
