More About Patricia Enright

A seasoned Chief Human Resources Officer, Patty Enright has hands-on experience in mergers and acquisitions, change management, compensation and benefits, recruitment, all general Human Resources practices and the development of strong client relationships. She is always ready for the excitement of her next assignment to help build and grow an organization and is recognized industry-wide as a leader in recruitment of senior talent, providing opportunities for individuals to mature their careers and to help shape the culture of the organization.

In this role, she was instrumental to integrating change and defining the agency through the recognition of its talent both outside the organization and in the external marketplace. Before Publicis acquired DMB&B, Patty was Executive Vice President, Human Resources Worldwide and a member of the Worldwide Board of Directors, where she was responsible for all global people programs and the recruitment of a new Worldwide Leadership Team. Earlier in her career, Patty was Senior Partner, Director of Human Resources at Ogilvy & Mather, with responsibility for Worldwide and North American Human Resources.

Patty is a cum laude graduate of University of Massachusetts at Amherst. She is a member of the Academy of Women Achievers of the YWCA of the City of New York and a 10-year tenured Trustee for Home and Hospice Care of Rhode Island. Patty is currently President of non-profit Sailing Heals, whose mission is to provide a day of sailing to cancer patients and their caregivers as a simple way to enjoy a day on the water and away from the stress of serious illness.
