More About Timon Kohli
With 13 years’ experience working at the intersection of research, communications, and political power, Timon began his career as a data analyst at a well-known institute for Market and Social Research in Zurich. Simultaneously, he contributed to advances in experimental research in the field of human information processing and media psychology.
Timon then went on to build one of the first public advocacy blogs in southern Africa. During his 8 years at BCW, he has worked in digital, public affairs, and data functions for major governmental clients and international corporations. In 2019, he assumed the responsibility of building BCW’s data & analytics capacity across Europe and Africa.
A Swiss national currently based in Switzerland, Timon holds a MArts from the University of Zurich with a major in Communication Management and Communication Research and a minor in Political Science. He is fluent in English, German, and Swiss German, and speaks intermediate French.
