She has delivered award-winning campaigns, launched well-known brands online, built relationships with influencers and KOLs to drive awareness and shift perception, as well as managed large-scale social media crises. She has worked with global clients including Pfizer, P&G, Facebook, IATA, Kempinski Hotels and IBM.

She is a frequent speaker and panellist, a former Dubai Lynx PR Jury Member (part of Cannes Lions), and a contributor to Share This Too – a practical handbook of social media solutions for PR professionals.

Originally from Arkansas, USA, she has a BA English from Hendrix College (Arkansas), Pg. Dip in Media Studies from La Trobe University (Melbourne) and a MA in Design Studies from Central Saint Martins (London), where she spent a year researching how digital presence can strengthen trust in offline interactions through the curation of digital narratives.
