Established in 1973, BCW Hong Kong serves as the agency’s regional headquarters.

Led by Asia-Pacific Regional President Matt Stafford, the Hong Kong office houses consultants across corporate communications, public affairs, issues and crisis management, consumer marketing, technology communications and digital strategy, with expertise across a wide array of industries.

BCW Hong Kong works with international organizations and corporations on their strategic communications, offering core strengths in media relations, stakeholder engagement, reputation management and corporate responsibility at both regional and local level. Launched in 2020, its ‘Navigating Asia’s Rise and Geopolitical Implications’ offering provides multinational companies an in-depth understanding of the region that is informed by consumer insights, government policies and cultural nuances to help prepare for and manage potential issues resulting from the ongoing geopolitical instability and related dynamics in the region generally and, in particular, China.

Its ‘China/Asia Going Global’ solution helps Chinese and Asian brands understand overseas markets, develop market-entry communications and navigate growth opportunities.

BCW Hong Kong plays an integral role as the regional hub for integrated communications and digital innovation, providing our clients with access to a dynamic team of specialists led by Deputy APAC President Polka Yu and Chief Digital Officer Joe Peng, who offer expertise across digital strategies, creative content, design and production.

For this reason, many BCW clients opt to engage the Hong Kong office as the hub agency for the development and management of global, regional or sub-regional strategic programs where the team directs other BCW offices and/or agencies to deliver seamless results.
