Information about fraudulent emails and phone calls or messages referencing BCW Group, Genesis BCW and affiliates.
It has come to our attention that the BCW name has been fraudulently used by third parties. Recent misrepresentations referencing BCW include but are not limited to: Investment opportunities, requests for membership fees, soliciting personal and/or financial information, offers of employment and job application fees. All are fraudulent.
Note that BCW does not conduct business via web-based email accounts such as gmail.com, hotmail.com or yahoo.com, or personal email addresses and we generally do not conduct business by text message or instant messaging.
While BCW routinely reports such misuse and misrepresentation to the appropriate law enforcement agencies, the nature and volume of these scams and frauds makes it impossible for BCW to prevent the misuse of the BCW name. We do not accept any responsibility for the criminal conduct of a third party claiming to use the BCW name.
We encourage you to be vigilant against such scams and report them to the appropriate authorities.
