NEW YORK, April 27, 2022 – BCW, a leading global communications agency, today announced that Brooke Hovey has been named Global President. She will report to BCW’s Global CEO Donna Imperato and work with teams across all regions to further develop, operationalize and scale the agency’s core services, including creative, digital and integrated performance media. In her new role, Brooke will also oversee marketing communications, global new business, and key client partnership programs.
“Brooke has been partnering with me on building businesses for more than a decade and has been integral to BCW’s success over the years,” said Imperato. “She has broad experience and expertise and is highly respected and admired by colleagues, clients and WPP. Brooke’s achievements in running practices, offices and, most recently, our largest region, have paved the way for her to continue to partner with me at the highest level. I am thrilled to name her as BCW’s Global President.”
Before taking on the Global President role, Hovey served as interim President of North America, where she helped to successfully transform the region, and Global Chief Growth Officer, where she led the global business development team and the global Key Client Partner (KCP) community. Hovey also led initiatives to strengthen client service and partnerships and worked with Imperato to help set overall agency strategy.
Hovey is a 20-year veteran of the BCW Group, having held previous leadership roles in digital innovation, market leadership and global client leadership.
“I am honored and excited to partner even more closely with Donna in achieving her vision to establish BCW as the lead, trusted partner to the C-suite across disciplines,” said Hovey. “I am also looking forward to working more closely with my global colleagues to strengthen and grow our creative and digital hubs in key markets around the world. It is an exciting time to be at BCW as we become a communications powerhouse.”
In 2021 Hovey was inducted into PRWeek’s “Hall of Femme” (rebranded in 2022 as Women of Distinction). In 2009, at the age of 28, Brooke was named to PRWeek’s annual “40 Under 40” list of the industry’s most accomplished young professionals.
