Her career highlights include spending 14 years as Chief Talent Officer at Publicis USA, serving as a strategic business partner across seven regional offices including 2,000 executives. In her global capacity, she partnered with the agency’s top clients to develop innovative staffing models for those accounts. She also served as Executive Vice President, Human Resources Worldwide at DMB&B and as a member of the agency’s Worldwide Board of Directors, with a key focus on building high-performing teams in the agency’s top 12 global growth markets. Before that, she was Senior Partner, Director of Human Resources, Global, for Ogilvy & Mather, where she led all human resources responsibilities across 275 global offices and 8,000 employees. She joins BCW from her most recent role as Chief Talent Officer at Concentric Health Experience.

“Patty is a consummate people leader, whose experience across disciplines will help us source a broad range of talent skilled in earned media, digital, data analytics and creative to ensure powerful integrated client work that really moves people,” said Donna Imperato, Global CEO, BCW, to whom Enright will report. “Patty will also work closely with Kristen Lisanti, our Chief Culture Officer, and Carol Watson, our Chief Inclusion Officer, to reinforce our open and growth-focused culture, one that connects to people development, accountability and the business at large.”

“I am delighted to join the dynamic and ambitious team at BCW,” said Enright. “Donna has laid out a clear and bold vision for BCW, and I am honored to become part of the team that will help bring it to life. I look forward to finding and nurturing talent across all marketing and communications disciplines who together will create integrated work that makes a real impact on our clients’ businesses.”
