Ashley Kernitsky is SVP, Group Creative Director, Brand Experience (BX) at BCW. A natural multitasker, Ashley enjoys being involved in many projects simultaneously and leads a team of talented creatives that blends progressive ideas, hard data, and dynamic visuals to craft engaging and informative creative. She brings a unique combination of over 15 years of experience in design, brand strategy, event production, and advertising to her work. Her diverse skillset has made her one of the leading creative voices in public relations. During her time at BCW, Ashley has helped navigate brands through the process of taking an idea and giving it a voice by transforming it into a multi-channel strategy that tells a compelling brand narrative.

Before joining BCW, Ashley worked at IPG Mediabrands where she was brought on to spearhead the development of its first Internal Design Studio. This included leveraging her vast network to recruit a new team of designers, work with architects to construct a state-of-the-art space, and create best-in-class work for the many agencies under the IPG MB umbrella specifically for clients such as Coca-Cola, Sony, Hulu, Amazon, and Coach.

Prior to that, she worked as Associate Director at R/GA, developing high‐level, creative concepts and experiential strategies for brands such as Nike, Samsung, Walmart, and Google. It was also during this time where she was brought on as a consultant for the development of the first R/GA Accelerator program where she coached startups with identifying their strategic goals, initial brand creation, and provide support as they grow and scale.
