He supports BCW’s clients with a focus on digital strategy and paid media. Prior to joining BCW, C.M. worked at the AFL-CIO where he led digital and email strategy, provided thought leadership, executed content development, and integrated communications campaigns for 59 affiliate unions impacting more than 12.5M members across the country. Before joining the AFL-CIO in 2018, C.M. worked at Purpose as a community manager leading the social and digital strategy work for the Purpose Climate Lab.

C.M. holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Political Science from the University of Missouri – Kansas City and lives in Rockville, Maryland.
