More About Diana Shayon

Diana has had deep involvement with the corporate affairs/communications and business development programs of numerous major corporations in the U.S., Australasia, the UK, Europe and the Middle-East through work with Corporate Strategy, Communications and Transformation functions as they continually reinvent themselves to meet new demands on the business. As part of that work, she developed the Communications Competency and Skills Index – a web-based tool to help Communications Departments map their current skills base against future needs of the business and then develop learning maps for staff to create their own learning and development programs. Diana developed BCW’s ‘Strategy Communications Training” – a program for corporate leaders to equip them to engage their teams with new strategies and ‘Communicating in Challenging Times’ – which provides managers with skills to communicate difficult messages. She developed the “Communications Alignment Continuum” model – an evidence-based approach to managing change to speed the execution of new business directions and implement transformation initiatives more quickly.
