Ceruzzi joined Burson-Marsteller in 2015 and served as the executive assistant to the head of the NY market and Corporate Practice leader. After a year in that role, she transitioned to client work, joining the Accenture Corporate Marketing team. She worked on the account for more than five years, eventually leading the Awards & Rankings team, which managed a portfolio of 300+ awards to help position the client as a leader in business, D&I and ESG. ​

She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism & Mass Communication and Political Science. ​
