Grace Deal is a Senior Account Executive in the Corporate Affairs practice of BCW. Since joining in 2022, her work has mostly been with BCW's sustainability-focused clients, from a small technology start up to large Fortune 500 companies. She specializes in content development, writing, event coordination, and social media strategy for her clients in the sustainability space.

More About Grace Deal

Before joining BCW, Grace served as the in-house communications lead for political nonprofit and membership organization Leadership Now, where she executed strategic communication campaigns, developed social media strategy, and worked with business executives within the membership to build creative storytelling assets for the organization. Grace has also served in previous roles on political campaigns, as an event coordinator for a premier event planning firm, and as a researcher at a DC-based government affairs firm.

Grace holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Policy from the University of Virginia's Frank Batten School of Public Policy, where she double majored in Government and minored in philosophy. She loves cooking, exploring new Italian restaurants and going to concerts in New York City.
