Based in Johannesburg, Bridget, co-market leader | MD at BCW Africa, has over 35 years’ experience in public relations. She has supported several blue-chip brands and multinational corporations execute projects in-country and across 54 affiliates and partners on the African continent.
Her expertise and proficiency spans all aspects of communication including communication strategy development and implementation, reputation management, media relations, crisis communication and event management. She has worked with clients in various sectors including financial and business, bustech, environmental management, health and pharmaceutical, mining, technology, energy, oil and gas.
Bridget has extensive experience in corporate reputation management, crisis and issues communications for a wide range of organisations, including multinational businesses, governing bodies and non-profits, and smaller businesses facing reputational issues.
Bridget is the ICCO President of Africa region in which capacity she drives collaboration between consultants on the African continent. She is also an active committee member of PRCA Africa Network. Bridget is an APR, a Fellow of PRISA, A Fellow of PRCA and a recipient of the coveted PRISM Lifetime Achievement Award.
