Leading integrated communications agency BCW France continues to strengthen its business model with the appointment of Chloé Vasseur Senior Director and Deputy General Manager, Head of Impact, Transformation and Sustainability.

As a Senior Director, member of the BCW France Executive Committee and Deputy General Manager alongside Marie-Laurence Augé, Head of Innovation, and Laurent Reynes, Head of Reputation and Marketing, Chloé Vasseur will develop this key business line in France and support its rollout across the BCW network worldwide.

Marc Chauchat, CEO of BCW France, comments: “We are delighted to welcome Chloé to BCW. With the emergence of the new normal following Covid-19, there has been a rising need for change management. Brands and business are now required to develop and implement positive impact strategies; CSR and ESG criteria are no longer “a nice to have” but a “mandatory”. Chloé will contribute to advancing our expertise and strategic consulting in the area.

Chloé Vasseur is a recognised expert on these issues, specialising in 360° communications strategies in France and worldwide, having worked with Presidents, Senior Executives, CSOs and HR departments of major companies.

Chloé Vasseur explains:I’m extremely excited to be joining BCW, which has put transformation at the heart of its business with its ‘Moving People’ vision. This ability to push the boundaries is essential in helping our clients understand and comply with complex regulations. It requires a switch from a promotional CSR to a strategic and systemic approach to CSR, incorporating sustainability and impact into all aspects of the business model.”

Prior to this role, Chloé Vasseur spent four years as Senior Vice-President, Global Client Strategist at Edelman in Paris, as well as seven years in Brussels and Beijing. She began her career at APCO Worldwide.

Chloé holds degrees from Sciences Po Paris, McGill University and ESCP Europe, and took the Ellen MacArthur Foundation’s Circular Economy & Business course as well as Centrale Supélec’s Sustainable Business course. She is a volunteering member of the Shift project and teaches at Sciences Po Paris and the American University of Paris.
