BCW North America Adds Chief Digital Officer to Drive Innovation in Digital-First CommunicationFebruary 17, 2022

NEW YORK, February 17, 2022 – BCW, the global communications agency in the business of moving people, today announced that Josh Crick has joined as Chief Digital Officer, North America, responsible for overseeing the region’s digital, influencer, data analytics and performance media teams.

An award-winning digital leader, brand marketer and business strategist, Crick joins BCW after serving as Co-Founder of Los Angeles-based Hearty, a creative development and production agency focusing on leveraging digital capabilities - including 360-campaign creation, performance marketing strategies, digital design, product development and content production - to drive innovative brand experiences.

Before that he was Partner, Chief Innovation Officer, with United Collective, recruited to lead operational and marketing integration of recent digital agency acquisitions including direct oversight of a digital design agency in NY. He also developed cross-agency centers of excellence focused on content production, digital strategy, user experience and customer experience. His primary clients included Comcast, Chick-fil-a, Got Milk and South Norte Brewing.

Crick also served as Executive Vice President, Managing Director of Digital Operations at Leo Burnett, where he was hired to lead nearly 300 digital and content specialists in the US. In his role, he designed the agency’s content and technology capabilities to provide expanded services to clients. He worked on clients including Allstate, Coca-Cola, Esurance, Firestone, Intel, Kellogg’s, Kraft, Nintendo, Oracle, Procter & Gamble, Purina and Samsung.
