NEW YORK, April 6, 2021 – BCW (Burson Cohn & Wolfe), a leading global communications agency, announced today that Brooke Hovey, Chief Growth Officer and a 19-year veteran of the BCW Group, has been inducted into the PRWeek “Hall of Femme.” The Hall of Femme honors the inspirational women in strategic communications who tackle every challenge, exceed business results and deliver creative excellence.

“I can’t say enough good things about Brooke Hovey, one of my most trusted partners and a leader well ahead of her time,” said Donna Imperato, Global CEO, BCW. “She is relentless in ensuring we have the very best offerings, passionate in her commitment to moving people on behalf our clients and dedicated to serving as a role model for all of our people at BCW. Brooke has spent nearly her entire career in our organization, and it has been my absolute pleasure to watch her grow into the incredible professional she is today. She is so well-deserving of this great recognition.”

At BCW, Hovey leads initiatives to accelerate the agency’s growth while overseeing the application of systems and practices that ensure clients receive exceptional service and access to the full resources of the agency. She also leads business development globally, helps to set and drive overall agency strategy and advises some of BCW’s top clients.

Throughout her career, Hovey has led numerous campaigns at the intersection of brand purpose and social impact. She’s built high-performing global account teams, guided clients through complex business and brand transformation and pioneered new ways to communicate through digital and social media channels.

“I am incredibly honored to receive this recognition alongside such an impressive group of women in our field,” said Hovey. “I’m also very lucky to have built a career where I’m constantly learning, doing work that matters and interacting with our next generation of talent who inspire me daily.”

In 2009, at the age of 28, Brooke was named to PRWeek’s annual “40 Under 40” list of the industry’s most accomplished young professionals.
