TRACY NADEN JOINS BCW AS PRESIDENT, HEALTH & WELLNESS, NORTH AMERICANovember 29, 2023

NEW YORK, November 30, 2023 – BCW, one of the world’s leading global communications agencies, today announced that Tracy Naden has joined the agency as President, Health & Wellness, North America, effective January 2, 2024. Naden will be responsible for building the agency’s business across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, aesthetics, and consumer health & wellness clients; client growth and satisfaction; and talent development and retention.

Naden has more than 20 years of experience across new product launches, clinical trials, purpose, internal communications, corporate reputation and brand reinvention. During her career, she has served as a client strategy partner for clients including Bayer Consumer Health, Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, Nestle Health Sciences, Regeneron, Sanofi Genzyme, Allergan Aesthetics, Genentech, The Coca-Cola Company, Walmart and Elizabeth Arden.

“There are tremendous opportunities across the health and wellness industry for brands to grow and thrive, as preventative health and leading a vibrant lifestyle become priorities across generations,” said Kristine Boyden, CEO, Americas, BCW, to whom Naden will report. “At the same time, companies in this space must work to help overcome growing health inequities and protect against weaponized information. Tracy’s two decades of experience in building and protecting health and wellness brands make her well-suited to lead our practice at this key juncture for clients across the space.”

Naden joins BCW from /Prompt, the parent company of Lippe Taylor and twelvenote, where she had been President for the past year. Before that she was President of twelvenote, which serves clients at the intersection of health and wellness across consumer packaged goods, pharmaceuticals, aesthetics, and food and beverage. Under Naden’s leadership the agency grew more than 100 percent in its first year, and won top awards including "Best Content," "Best Healthcare Product Launch," and "Best Earned Media with Influencers + Communities" from PRWeek, MM&M, and the Fierce Pharma Marketing Awards. Prior to this role, Naden spent nearly four years with Lippe Taylor as Consumer Practice Leader and later as Chief Engagement Officer.

Before joining Lippe Taylor, Naden was Executive Vice President at Weber Shandwick, leading two of the top global accounts in the agency’s healthcare practice which accounted for nearly eight figures in billing. Before that, Naden was Global Client Experience Leader at MSL for the P&G personal care portfolio which included brands across the digestive wellness, respiratory, reproductive health, and vitamins and supplements categories. Earlier in her career, she served with Allidura Consumer, W20 Group and FleishmanHillard.

In 2022, Naden was named to PRWeek’s “Health Influencer 30” ranking.

“I am thrilled to join BCW and its renowned healthcare practice which has a great history of developing creative programs that drive business growth for clients across the health and wellness sector,” said Naden. “I’m honored to lead this talented team during its next chapter of success and together we will continue to expand and diversify the business, push boundaries and achieve exciting new milestones in this thriving industry.”
