Andrew Cecil Named Chief Client Officer, BCW Europe & AfricaDecember 12, 2019

LONDON, 12th December 2019 – BCW (Burson Cohn & Wolfe), a leading global communications agency, today announced Andrew Cecil has been named Chief Client Officer (CCO) for Europe & Africa (E&A).

Cecil takes on this role with immediate effect and will combine his new duties with his ongoing client leadership role across several of BCW’s top multi-market clients.

Before taking on this role, Cecil had been Chairman of Burson-Marsteller’s (and later BCW’s) European Public Affairs practice. In his new role, Cecil will work closely with BCW E&A market leaders and senior colleagues across the global business.

Cecil, who is based in Brussels, joined Burson-Marsteller B-M in 2015, having previously led European Government Relations for Amazon for six years. Before joining Amazon, Cecil spent four years leading European Government Relations for Yahoo! He is a law graduate of Bristol University and holds an MBA from INSEAD.
