BCW London Adds Senior Hires to Growing TeamMarch 11, 2019

LONDON, 11 March 2019 – BCW (Burson Cohn & Wolfe), a leading global communications agency, has named Nick Foley, Debbie Spitz and Alex Black as the latest senior hires to its Corporate and Issues and Public Affairs teams in London.

Foley joins BCW from Europe’s largest conservation charity, the National Trust, where he served for five years as Head of Communication and Content. His prior experience includes leading consumer and corporate PR at EDF Energy, heading up media relations and campaigns at the National Housing Federation and as a News Editor at the Press Association.

Spitz is the former Communications Director at Yodel, where she led external, change and internal communications at the 10,000-employee company. She was previously Corporate Practice Director at Porter Novelli, advising major clients across EMEA markets. Earlier in her career, she spent 10 years at Teneo and was Director of External Communications for Coca-Cola Enterprises.

Black is a veteran business reporter and editor who held roles at titles including The Grocer and PRWeek before joining PR agency Launch, where he led issues management work for several major multinationals and built his expertise in brand communications and crisis management.
